Job summary

Leidos LLC seeks Mission Ready Reserve MFLCs to provide licensed mental health counseling across military installations on a flexible PRN schedule. Positions may include adult, CYB, and SOCOM assignments, embedded with units or in schools, with focus on readiness and resilience and no insurance paperwork.

Requirements: master's degree in Behavioral Health, state licensure (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist), U.S. citizenship, and ability to pass a background check.

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health required.
• Licensed to practice (LCSW/ MFT/ LPCC/ Psychologist) in the U.S.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed mental health counseling to Service Members and families.
• Deliver preventive and solution-focused counseling with a focus on readiness.
• Support adults, CYB (children and youth), or SOCOM assignments as needed.
