Job summary

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is seeking experienced merchandisers in Ventura, CA, to support in-store merchandising programs. You will execute planograms, resets, and new store sets while maintaining displays and proper shelf placement.

This role offers flexible assignments, competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities into team lead and management roles. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or resets (1+ years preferred).
• Ability to read and execute planograms precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be 18 years or older, with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone with data plan for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, and new store sets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure proper shelf placement.
• Audit and report on product availability, pricing, and signage.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
• Complete assignments accurately and on time using our mobile app.
• Merchandise products for major CPG brands in retail locations.
