Mathnasium of Delaware in Ohio is looking for a dedicated Math Instructor/Tutor to help students understand math concepts and gain confidence. You don’t need to be a professional teacher—high school or college students with strong math skills are encouraged to apply.

Training and advancement opportunities are available. The role is part‑time, in‑person, with weekday afternoons/evenings and some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills and ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Enjoyment in teaching and helping students learn.

Responsibilities

• Work face‑to‑face with students in a learning environment.
• Explain why math works, not just memorize answers.
• Use Mathnasium Method and student learning plans.
• Provide individual attention within a session.
• Encourage students and track progress.
• Keep notes on student progress.
• Collaborate with a team of math enthusiasts.
