Job summary

Mathnasium LLC. in Delaware is seeking a Part-Time Lead Math Instructor / Tutor to join our brand-new Delaware center. You’ll work directly with students and help guide our instructor team during learning sessions.

We offer part-time hours after school and on weekends, a supportive environment, comprehensive training, and opportunities to grow with the center. You’ll teach using the Mathnasium Method and monitor student progress while delivering high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math skills and comfort teaching through Algebra II.
• Passion for math and helping students succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability and ability to lead by example.
• Availability during after-school hours and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Teach students using Mathnasium methods and practices.
• Deliver individualized instruction in small groups.
• Coach and support Math Instructors during sessions.
• Help newer instructors with methods and procedures.
• Coordinate with center leadership to maintain learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with leadership.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming learning environment.
• Become proficient with Mathnasium digital materials.
