Qualifications

Currently holds an active LPN license to work in Ohio.
CPR Certification (BLS or ALS accepted).
Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility.
Strong patient assessment skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Demonstrated clinical competency.
Reliable transportation to worksite location.

Responsibilities

Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
