Job summary
Flagstar is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Warren, OH, to carry out physician plans under RN supervision. Enjoy flexible scheduling (days/evenings/nights/weekends), competitive weekly pay with direct deposit, and PTO.

Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Ohio
- CPR certification (BLS or ALS accepted)
- Meets all State and Federal requirements for US employment in a Nursing Facility
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated clinical competency
- Reliable transportation to worksite location
Responsibilities
- Instruct patients and their families in proper treatment.
- Help individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health.
- Assess and record symptoms and/or reactions and progress in patients.
- Administer patient medications as prescribed by the treating physician.
- Assist in rehabilitation in accordance with the physician's established plan of treatment.
