Zusammenfassung

Mercy is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to float among Mercy facilities in Missouri as part of the Gig Nursing Program. This PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float role offers flexible day or night shifts, with no guaranteed hours and scheduling tied to hospital needs.

Responsibilities include bedside nursing in Med Surg and other departments, maintaining patient safety and confidentiality, and meeting licensure requirements. Epic experience is preferred; IV certs required; BLS/ACLS as applicable.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; LPN license in good standing.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Med Surg; two years for ED/ICU etc.

Aufgaben

• Float between Mercy facilities in Missouri as assigned.
• Provide bedside nursing care per GIG guidelines and patient needs.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; follow licensure requirements.
• Achieve required shifts and respond to scheduling in Gig Nursing Program.
