Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking an LPN to support developmentally disabled adults in Carver, MA. Immediate start with temporary contract. You will work within a medical team to assess and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, document care, and assist with daily living activities, rounds, and patient comfort.

Must hold MA LPN license and CPR certification. The position offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth within a large referral

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license and CPR certification.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification maintained and current.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with developmentally disabled adult residents to meet their needs.
• Develop, determine, and implement individualized plans of care using nursing principles.
• Administer medications and carry out treatments per care plan.
• Document all care provided and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with medical team, patient, and family to maintain a positive environment.
• Participate in rounds and coordinate ongoing care and future needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, dressing, bathing, toileting, and transfers.
