Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Record patient history.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Take vital signs (BP, temp, weight).
• Provide basic wound care and injections.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Observe patient reactions to medications and health status.
