Qualifications

• Active PA LPN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year LTC/Skilled Nursing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications, immunizations, and injections.
• Perform basic wound care, cleaning, and dressing changes.
• Monitor vital signs, fluid/food intake, and skin integrity.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and emotional support.
• Record patient health histories and update electronic medical records.
• Provide direction to Nursing Assistive Personnel (NAP).
