Job summary

What You'll Be Doing:

As a valued NurSelect LPN, you'll provide exceptional care to residents and patients across our partner facilities, including:

• Administering prescribed medications, immunizations, and injections
• Performing basic wound care, cleaning, and dressing changes
• Monitoring vital signs, fluid/food intake, and skin integrity
• Assisting with daily living needs, patient mobility, and emotional support
• Recording patient health histories and updating electronic medical records
• Providing direction and oversight to Nursing Assistive Personnel (NAP)

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania LPN License
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Minimum 1 year of LTC / Skilled Nursing or related experience
• Dependable, resident-centric mindset with a passion for quality care
