Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of banking experience with knowledge of banking, federal and state regulatory requirements preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro and Decision Pro Loan Program or ability to learn a new loan program.
• Two years loan data entry and analysis experience preferred.
• Typing, 10-key Calculator, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Proficient Computer skills including Word and Excel programs.
• Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Good time management and strong organizational skills.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain positive relations with loan contacts.
• Receive and verify loan applications; data entry using LaserPro; print files to offices.
