Job summary

Novant Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to support Coastal clinics within the Provider Float Pool. You will work with multiple care teams, have a flexible schedule, and not be assigned a patient panel.

Applicants must have a Master's Degree, be NCCPA/NP trained, and hold a current PA or NP license. At least one year of APP experience is required, with pediatric experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; NCCPA-accredited PA program or NP program.
• At least one year of APP experience.
• Current PA or NP license in appropriate state; BLS and DEA registration required.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the Wilmington Novant Health region to support clinics.
• Maintain a minimum of 1 shift per week (4 shifts per month).
• Collaborate with care teams and support clinics during provider shortages.
