BCG Attorney Search is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join a Newark-area team in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role offers a flexible work environment with options for remote, hybrid, or onsite work and focuses on general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort matters.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of litigation experience, is an active NJ Bar member, and demonstrates excellent research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of litigation experience.
• Active NJ Bar membership in good standing.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with case/file management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and at depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours.
