Teachers On Demand, INC is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will deliver lesson plans and materials provided by the regular teacher while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree and a teaching certification/license (preferred), with experience working with children. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited United States institution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular classroom teacher.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners and accommodate individual learning styles.
• Collaborate with school staff and administration to support student learning and address any challenges.
