Job summary

Kelly Educational Staffing partners with Penn-Delco School District in Aston, PA to supply substitute teachers for grades K–12. Immediate start available; daily rates include $110/day, long-term substitutes over 20 days at $175/day, building substitutes $160/day and daily substitutes $125/day.

Responsibilities include leading instruction, applying lesson plans, assigning tasks, and maintaining a classroom environment conducive to learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Instructor in the classroom
• Implements existing lesson plans to ensure the integrity of academic time and motivate students to learn and participate
• Assign reasonable tasks and homework to students in accordance with the School District’s lesson plans
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
