Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally hiring insurance sales agents or financial services professionals.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and drip email platforms as well as Microsoft Excel for tracking recruiting data.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licenses (P&C and Life & Health) – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, interview, and onboard high-quality insurance sales agents and agency owners.
• Use LinkedIn, AI sourcing tools, and automated drip email campaigns to build candidate pipelines. Make outbound calls daily to prospects, conduct screening interviews, and convert candidates into licensed agents or agency owners.
• Present and sell the Farmers agency ownership and sales career opportunity, while evaluating candidates' sales aptitude.
• Use Microsoft Excel and CRM dashboards to track recruiting metrics, create sales reports and hiring performance.
• Support and coach new agents, holding them accountable to activity and performance standards. Potential for advancement to District Manager through leadership training and performance excellence.
