Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to provide in-home health care in Prosperity, SC. You can choose Part-Time or Full-Time schedules and enjoy weekly pay, health benefits, and one-on-one patient interactions. RNs must hold an active state RN license with CPR and TB testing completed. BSN is preferred but not mandatory for all applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing with active RN licensure.
• BSN preferred but not required for all applicants.
• Current CPR certification and TB test are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the health status of assigned clients.
• Review plan of care to evaluate client response to interventions.
• Verify medical orders and administer prescribed medications.
• Maintain a safe and effective care environment for clients and coworkers.
• Communicate observations and assessments to the care team per policy.
