Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. The role focuses on promoting independence and daily living skills, working one-on-one with clients per their ISP.

The position offers flexible hours with cases throughout New Jersey, a supportive team, and a pathway for growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
