Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years or older.
• Background check required.
• High school degree or GED.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB/PPD test required.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance.
• Ability to drive within service area and travel as needed.
• Ability to document care plans in the patient care portal.

Responsibilities

• Be available to cover weekly shifts.
• Must be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts.
• Deliver services per the person-centered service plan, including ambulation and transfers, bathing, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.
