Qualifications

• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to Human Resources.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in in-home care or nursing assistance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care tasks.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping as needed.
• Promote client safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Follow plan of care under RN supervision.
• Document client progress and communicate with family.
