Professional Case Management is hiring Personal Care Attendants to provide compassionate in-home care in Nevada. Create your own schedule, support clients in daily activities, and enjoy benefits including health coverage and pretax savings options.

Candidates should have strong communication, a respectful approach to diverse clients, and reliable transportation. You will work under a supervising RN, assist with personal care and light housekeeping, and help maintain a safe, dignified home

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Respect for individual, cultural, and spiritual differences.
• Must have a 2-step TB skin test and provide proof to HR.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit clients.
• Free from health problems that may be injurious to client, self, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with non-skilled personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, reminders for medications).
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, shopping as needed.
• Follow the plan of care prepared by the supervising RN and encourage client independence.
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times.
• Report any incidents or changes to the RN promptly.
