Job summary

Mind & Mobility Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA to provide in-home care in Riverview, FL. The role includes ADLs, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship based on client needs.

This PRN (as-needed) position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for ongoing training, and a supportive care team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background required.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving/home care experience.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle.
• CPR certification and ability to read, write, and speak in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintaining the client’s living space.
• Monitor and record vital signs, remind about medications as directed, and document as required.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and healthcare professional instructions.
• Provide errands or transportation as needed.
