Job summary

Mind & Mobility Home Care in Sun City Center, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide/CNA for a PRN in-home role. You will assist with personal care, ADLs, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, working with clients and families to promote safety and independence.

This position offers flexible hours, meaningful in-home care, ongoing training, and the chance to join a dedicated care team. Requires CNA/HHA/CPR and a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• CNA license, HHA certificate, or verifiable medical background preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of professional caregiving or home care experience required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the client's living space
• Monitor and record vital signs, medication reminders, and medical documentation as required
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
• Provide errands or transportation as needed
