Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, bathroom).
• Assist with medication management and administration as needed.
• Help with meal preparation, laundry, and household chores.
• Encourage socialization and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and report client status and concerns to management and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment for clients.
• Work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends for 24/7 coverage.
