Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or elderly individuals preferred.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Encourage and promote independence, autonomy, and community involvement among clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with our team to create personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Report changes or concerns to supervisors and healthcare professionals as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services provided
