Job summary

Ham Lake Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to provide an exceptional experience to clients and manage practice reception, records, and billing. The CSR handles daily administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

The role reports to the Practice Manager and requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a patient-centered attitude. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work on weekends as required.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures per Practice Manager instructions and procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception, waiting area, and exam rooms to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Processes cash, checks, payments, and credit accounts.
• Schedules appointments according to practice and Doctor preferences.
• Updates client/patient records and handles data entry as needed.
