Job summary

Riverwood Center in Southwest Michigan is seeking a dedicated professional to provide Supported Employment services, helping individuals with mental illness or developmental disabilities obtain and sustain employment aligned with their recovery goals.

The role may include weekend hours and requires a Bachelor's degree in mental health or a related field, or 5 years' related experience, plus 1–2 years working in employment support with independence and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mental health or social services, business, personnel management, vocational services or 5 years' experience in a related area.
1–2 years' experience assisting individuals with employment; preference for those with treatment experience for mental illness.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Provides Supported Employment services by assisting individuals with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities to obtain and sustain employment aligned with their vocational goals and recovery.
Actual work hours may fluctuate and include weekend hours as part of a regular work schedule.
