Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. in Morrisville, NC is seeking an Integration Engineer to develop, execute, and optimize semiconductor process flows for new and existing products.

This role partners with customers, process engineers, and manufacturing teams to support product development, process integration, yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous process optimization in a semiconductor fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree required in engineering, technology, or physical sciences.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Process Engineer, Etch Engineer, Wet Engineer, or Thin Films Engineer in a semiconductor fab.
• Experience with process integration, wafer fabrication, and device processing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows.
• Create production travelers start to end and monitor product throughout the fab.
• Identify and resolve process issues with the process engineering team.
• Improve integrated process flow and travelers and document recommendations.
• Interface with customers and all levels of management.
• Maintain documentation of wafer/lot process history and support operations.
