Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working as a Process Engineer, Etch Engineer, Wet Engineer, or Thin Films Engineer in a semiconductor fab.
  • Experience with process integration, wafer fabrication, and device processing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows.
  • Create production travelers start to end and monitor product throughout the fab.
  • Identify and resolve process issues with the process engineering team.
  • Improve integrated process flow and travelers and document recommendations.
  • Interface with customers and all levels of management.
  • Maintain documentation of wafer/lot process history and support operations.

QCi is seeking an Integration Engineer responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing semiconductor process flows for new and existing products. This role partners with customers, process engineers, and manufacturing teams to support product development, process integration, yield improvement, failure analysis, and continuous process optimization in a semiconductor fabrication environment

Scope of the Job
  • Plan, lead, and carry out demonstrations of new products and process flows
  • Create production travelers start to end
  • Execute product throughout the fab by monitoring and tracking
  • Identify and resolve process issues together with process engineering team
  • Improve integrated process flow and travelers
  • Interface with customers and all levels of management
  • Evaluate and document new product flows and module processes and review SOW's
  • Maintain accurate documentation of wafer/lot process history
  • Support day-to-day operations and equipment maintenance
  • Identify new unit processes required for future customers
  • Maintain a safe work environment (may include housekeeping, labeling, and proper disposal of waste
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and semiconductor packaging.
  • Experience with process integration, wafer fabrication, and device processing.
  • Failure analysis and root cause investigation experience.
  • Strong statistical analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into manufacturing solutions.
Required Education & Experience
  • Required: BS degree in Engineering, Technology, or Physical Sciences or related fields
  • 3+ years' experience working as a Process Engineer, Etch Engineer, Wet Engineer, or Thin Films Engineer in a semiconductor fab

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
  • Work primarily in a fully gowned cleanroom environment.
  • Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, face shields, and steel-toe shoes.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Handle wafers, tools, and manufacturing equipment daily.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
