Qualifications

• Driver's license with acceptable driving record; insurance license if required by state.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends; ability to drive frequently.
• Empathy, effective communication, and computers/softwares proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to build a robust pipeline.
• Presentations to families and referred families to explain options.
• Build relationships with families and community networks.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, and professional manner.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and location staff to ensure seamless service.
• Work toward achieving quotas and earning commissions through performance.
