In this role, you will balance multiple customers in a busy store, resolve issues, and process transactions while maintaining store standards. The position emphasizes teamwork, growth, and flexible scheduling to fit your life and studies.

Qualifications

• Lift 40 pounds as needed and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
