You’ll greet customers, help them explore baby essentials and school-ready pieces, and support a welcoming shopping experience. You'll work in a busy retail setting, assist with promotions and loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, safe store while delivering exceptional service daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues and manage multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions at the point of sale (POS).
• Complete floor replenishment and handle shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness to minimize loss.
