Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome families and help them choose baby essentials and school items. You’ll be the first face of the brand, delivering friendly service, explaining product benefits, and helping customers navigate promotions and the loyalty program.

You will work in a busy retail environment, handling multiple customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and explaining product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and manage multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions at the register.
• Stock floors and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
