Responsibilities

• Processes freight
• Assists with price changes/markdowns
• Balances register according to company policy
• Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a customer’s transaction
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks
• Maintains/cleans store area and housekeeping duties
• Provides customer service including greeting and assisting customers
• Follows all safety procedures
• Maintains professional appearance and name tag
• Assists management in merchandising on the sales floor
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents
• Performs other duties as assigned
