• Role models established customer experience practices with customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Upholds merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Maintains safety, labor compliance, and shrink reduction initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
