Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Follow operating procedures for ringing purchases/returns and count change accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and daily housekeeping.
• Support labor policies and loss prevention initiatives.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment and follow safety procedures.
