Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Support Merchandiser to work independently on retail routes in Clovis, NM. You will display and stock greeting cards, gift wrap, and related items while maintaining organized backrooms and inventory levels.

Training is provided, with growth through holiday periods and a flexible schedule. Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with English, able to lift up to 40 pounds, and have reliable transportation and internet to receive updates and training on a company

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• English proficiency required (speak, read, write).
• Lift up to 40 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to multiple stores.
• Reliable internet for updates.
• Ability to learn and use a company tablet.
• Occasional weekends and holiday scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned route, merchandize and organize orders.
• Display product in greeting card departments and other locations.
• Maintain organized backroom areas and inventory tasks.
• Communicate any questions or schedule concerns to management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours during holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work and product movement.
• Review weekly service schedule using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
