Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Minimum 3 years shipping, routing, and billing experience.
Fluent English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

Create waves of orders based on service level required.
Coordinate with sales to meet routing, packaging, and labeling requirements.
Print EDI, carton, and item labels for orders.
Request routing per customer/vendor compliance; schedule pick-ups; procure quotes.
Arrange and maintain all routing information.
Assist with customer service on carrier issues and billing inquiries.
Coordinate with shipping to ensure compliance.
Manage administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
