Job summary

AmeriPharma in Columbia, SC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion expertise to join our team. This role delivers in-home infusion therapy and patient education, supporting treatments such as TPN, IVIG, and IV biologics.

The RN will provide telephone and in-person guidance under the Director of Nursing, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• RN with a current state license and 2+ years in home infusion.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Pediatric and adult infusion experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and BLS certification; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion visits per care plan.
• Document interventions in patient records.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and adherence.
• Coordinate care with pharmacy and healthcare team.
• Assess patient status and adjust care plans as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and manage documentation.
• Serve as liaison among patient, family, and providers.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
