Job summary

Ideal candidates are team players with strong math and computer skills, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly, and committed to excellent guest service standards throughout shifts.

• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.

• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guests with fast, pleasant checkout per Guest Service Standards.
• Process sales, cash, and invoices; prepare weekly cash reports.
• Handle bank deposits and cashier support activities.
• Maintain cash office security and till accountability.
• Generate and review cashier performance reports and audits.
• Process guest orders to maintain No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
