Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experience and support store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and ensure safety and cleanliness while maintaining inventory and vendor coordination.

The role requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts, basic computer use, and reliable transportation, with compliance to safety and stocking standards and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas (selling floor, stock, and register).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Assist GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
• Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
