Job summary

Weber Enterprises, Inc. in Washington state is hiring a Team Member to support daily operations at our Taco Bell locations. You’ll help with food preparation, keep dining areas clean, and deliver friendly service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier stations.

No experience required; you must be at least 16 and legally able to work in the United States. Flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age/work permit if required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment).

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness following sanitation guidelines.
• Prepare ingredients and cook items to meet order demands and support opening/closing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier roles.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
