Weber Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a Team Member to support food preparation, service, and cleanliness in a Taco Bell franchise environment across Oregon.

You will help with inventory, assist in opening/closing procedures, and deliver friendly customer service in multiple areas including dining room, drive-thru, and cashier This role requires being at least 16, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and willing to obtain a food handler's certificate if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide proof of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Possess a valid food handler's certificate (can be obtained during employment).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Capable of making quick, effective decisions.
• Quick to learn new tasks and skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food safety and cleanliness, following sanitation guidelines and maintaining a safe environment for customers and employees.
• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to meet order demands, assist with receiving deliveries and inventory tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service in dining room, drive-thru, and cashier positions, addressing customer needs and resolving issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Contribute to the team's success through clear communication and a positive attitude.
• Follow restaurant policies to ensure high-quality service and consistent guest experience.
• Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
