Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with or caring for children is required.
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Ability to supervise children in a caring, patient, and consistent manner.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Holy Rosary School.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during before- and after-school extended care programs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
• Foster a positive, welcoming, and respectful environment.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, games, and quiet time.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and follow school procedures.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and parents as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe extended care space.
