JazzHR is seeking an Estate & Downsizing Specialist to join our caring team. This role offers flexible hours (15–30+ per week) and provides a chance to make a meaningful impact in the Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison areas. Every day is different, involving the discovery of antiques, organization of household belongings, and assisting seniors during their transitions. Ideal for those looking to avoid traditional retail or desk jobs, this position encourages teamwork, curiosity, and compassion.

Starting pay is at $14/hour, with opportunities for growth into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Must live in or near Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, North Augusta, or Aiken.
• Reliable transportation is needed.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable using smartphones and technology.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help families sort and organize household belongings.
• Identify items to sell, donate, relocate, or dispose of.
• Stage items to maximize their appeal.
• Assist with auction pickup days.
• Support seniors in packing, unpacking, and settling into new homes.
