Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking an Estate & Downsizing Specialist to help families downsize, organize, and prepare homes for sale or auction in the Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, North Augusta, and Aiken areas. Part-time role with 15–30+ hours weekly, flexible schedule, no Sundays, and starting pay at $14/hour.

You’ll work closely with an energetic team on local relocations and legwork that makes a tangible difference in seniors’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize household belongings for downsizing projects.
• Identify items to sell, donate, relocate, or dispose of.
• Discover antiques, artwork, jewelry, collectibles, and furniture.
• Research brand names, history, and values of items.
• Stage items to maximize appeal for online auctions.
• Photograph auction items for CTBIDS.com.
• Write engaging online auction descriptions.
• Prepare homes for online estate auctions.
• Assist with auction pickup days.
• Help seniors pack, unpack, organize, and settle into new homes.
• Work across Augusta, Evans, Grovetown, North Augusta, Aiken, and nearby areas with a team.
