Job summary

ASG Home Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with clients, supporting daily living and promoting independence based on each person's ISP.

We offer flexible hours and local NJ cases, with a supportive team, structured onboarding, and opportunities for growth within a DDD-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
