Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to offer hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

You will work one-on-one, follow each client's ISP, assist with daily living activities, transportation, personal care, and document services for the care team. Flexible hours and local cases help you balance life and work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
