Qualifications

• Experience operating dishwashing machines in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to wash, sanitize, and dry all kitchenware and utensils thoroughly.
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in safely using and operating kitchen tools and equipment.
• Effective communicator able to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a steady workflow to keep up with kitchen and dining area needs.
• Sanitize and restock cleaned items to proper places promptly.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment and report issues.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management for replenishment.
• Assist in keeping back of house and restrooms clean and orderly.
• Manage waste disposal and keep garbage areas tidy.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols for a safe work environment.
